Your Areas of Expertise/Specialization
My work is body- and presence-oriented, using a mindfulness- and trauma-sensitive approach. The focus is on developing a positive awareness of emotions, the body, and internal patterns—particularly in cases of ADHD and high sensitivity. From there, we work together to develop concrete, practical steps for the workplace.
Career
After completing my studies in social sciences with a minor in psychology, I spent over ten years working in leadership and specialist roles in corporate recruitment.
At the same time, I continuously pursued further education in stress management and leadership and worked as a coach with a focus on balancing relationship-oriented support with everyday life.
I am also a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and have led courses in this field. I now focus on supporting (highly) sensitive and neurodiverse individuals.
