The target group for this coaching unit are customers who, in their current situation, cannot focus on a new professional situation yet due to various barriers.

If you see that basic application documents do not lead to success on the job market, a video clip application can offer an original alternative to spark the interest of employers.
In the CLIP YOUR JOB, you will work with a coach to create an application video with which you can authentically highlight your personality. In preparation for the video shoot, the coaching process focuses on identifying what makes you unique. The coaching supports you in recognizing your potential and what you can bring to the job market more tangibly.
