Hello Ariane, would you like to introduce yourself? Who are you? What are you doing?
I am Ariane, 35 systemic agile coach, mediator, Scrum Master and landscape architect as well as family manager and mom of a little daughter.
You completed a career coaching course with us a few months ago.
Looking back, what was the most valuable thing you took away from this time?
The most valuable thing was the reflection space you held and the feeling of to experience resonance in my thoughts and ideas by having having something visible in my hand at the end with the online whiteboard.
The special combination of different coaching personalities and approaches wasalso very helpful, also very helpful and inspiring in meta-level considerations such as human design.
What has changed for you since then?
My self-confidence and clarity about what I ‘m good at, what I ‘m good at and what my super powers are. This allows me to keep checking and rechecking whether I am still on track with what I am currently doing.
What have been your biggest challenges so far and how have you overcome them?
The psychological pressure with my own expectations and the initial lack of response for my applications in the context of my new professional focus . I now know in retrospect that it takes some time in the classic application process, when it ‘s not an unsolicited application but an application for an advertised position. That was unusual for me because I had previously gone the initial or live contact route.
How I dealt with it! I always tried to talk myself into it and set myself a daily routine along the lines of : Just do it and write applications for 2 hours every day. So I stayed proactive and kept myself away from emotional resignation.
I have been honest with friends and acquaintances and communicatedabout my psychological pressure.
I am courageous and honest in showing my empathy and feelings in a professional context .
What vision are you following? What drives you?
I seek and need self-efficacy. Thanks to my empathy and intuition, paired with my quick professional and technical grasp, I am like a transponder and interpreter for the realisation of visions and can also enable other people to do so.
I am courageous and honest in showing my empathy and feelings in a professional context and inspiring those around me. We can make much better progress in a professional context precisely because we are able to name our needs and emotions without having to lose the supposedly professional factual level.
With my own way of combining emotions and professional expertise, I can be a role model for others and new ways of working.
How do you motivate yourself when things aren’t going so well?
A walk, preferably in the countryside without a destination. Just walk. Then it’ll work again:)
Or just have a good puke and the optimist in me will awaken.
What is your recipe for success?
My empathy and enthusiasm for my environment and people.
What advice would you give to other people who are thinking about making a career change and/or doing their”own thing”?
Seeking and accepting help simply makes it much easier and faster! It is the first step to recognize that we can only move forward with the help of others, no matter how.
Even if it ‘s just an impulse, an inspiration.
If we have someone who can hold a real resonance space for our thoughts, we can get to the point that is actually relevant to us more quickly. Otherwise , as human beings , we usually revolve around the same questions over and over again, fears and supposedly ideal solutions.
How helpful is career or start-up coaching?
It is the perfect support for me to achieve my own core and goal and goal and to achieve serious , visible success.
You have one wish. What do you wish for?
I would like us to live in a system where it is easy to to turngreat new projects and beautiful, bold ideas into reality.
