Career

I worked in the public sector for many years, where I provided over 1,000 hours of coaching. After completing my studies in sociology and psychology with a focus on economic and social psychology, as well as a semester abroad at Copenhagen Business School, I trained to become a systemic coach and mental health coach. Today, I have over 2,200 hours of coaching experience from my time in the public sector and as a freelancer. In addition, I have focused on cognitive behavioral therapy for adults with ADHD, among other areas, and am a certified Yin Yoga instructor.

At the same time, I founded two projects of my own—a yoga brand and a social production facility for fashion startups. As a result, I am familiar with both the structures of government agencies and public administration, as well as the courage, uncertainty, and creative freedom that come with forging your own path.

Your “style” as a coach:

I work in a non-judgmental, empathetic manner and on an equal footing. In doing so, I am approachable, authentic, and understanding. I combine systemic coaching with a mental health approach and incorporate the body—especially when dealing with stress and inner restlessness. My work is creative and solution-oriented, structured yet intuitive. In doing so, I focus on what’s already there and strengthen individual resources.

What are you most excited about in your work as a coach?

I’m especially happy when I see people making changes for themselves. When they begin to look at their patterns in a new light, try new approaches, and thereby find more ease and satisfaction in their everyday lives. I find it especially rewarding to be able to accompany them on this journey, even just a little.

What should not be missing on your perfect day?

My perfect day must include time for myself—ideally with yoga, exercise, and time in nature. Time to center myself, take a deep breath, and recharge. And, of course, people with whom I can laugh and share beautiful moments.

Your favorite quote

“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, but learning to dance in the rain.”

What distinguishes you as a person (in 3 words)

empathetic · non-judgmental · motivating.

What advice do you give to your coachees?

Notice what’s happening right now instead of fighting against it. And ask yourself: What’s truly important to me? What do I want to change—and what brings me joy? You usually already carry the answer within you. In coaching, we create space to discover it and take action.
