Career
In my previous career as a geographer, project developer, and fundraiser at NGOs, startups, and established companies, I often discovered new approaches, developed innovative business models, and overcame the occasional obstacle to bring great projects to life. Still, something never quite felt right to me. After taking a career break, I found my calling, and for the past 10 years, I’ve been guiding people through processes of change and helping them develop their true potential.
Your “signature” as a coach/consultant
I work with keen insight, always treat others as equals, and frequently question things. In doing so, I remain respectful at all times; I don’t rush to find solutions, but instead take a close look first at what’s needed to move forward. Acceptance and understanding, humor, and a mindful attitude are key principles in this process.
What do you particularly enjoy about your work as a coach?
I always look forward to meeting new people, experiencing their vitality, gaining new perspectives, and helping people find new paths—especially when things sometimes seem difficult, stuck, or hopeless.
What should not be missing on your perfect day?
A good cup of coffee to start the day, exercising outdoors in nature, doing a good deed, and the feeling of being connected to myself and the world.
Your favorite quote
„The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.“ Joseph Campbell
What distinguishes you as a person (in 3 words) :

What advice do you give to your coachees?
First, take a close look at yourself to see what you really need. There’s more to you than you realize right now. That’s what you need to discover.
Sushi or Pizza?
Pizza. I’ve never liked sushi.
Sea or the mountains?
Both, with a slight emphasis on the sea.
Sweet or salty?
Definitely sweet.
