The new year is still quite young and the last few weeks weeks of the old year are still fresh in my mind.
With ” beautiful” regularity, I usually feel exhausted and exhausted and drained at the end of the year. That’s why I like to take part of my annual leave in the second half of December. That’s what I did in 2024.
This time, I also had a cold and my partner and I spent most of the the “contemplative” days mostly as a couple and enjoyed the seclusion and peace.
In this mode of deeper rest, something very interesting happens to me something very interesting and always surprising for me: My entire system (I don’t really know how to describe it other than ” system”. I mean the “body-mind-spirit complex”, so somehow everything that I seem to be ), so my entire system then switches into a kind of tidying up and healing mode and I come up with new ideas for the new year and my life.
In this December-January period , which is also known as the ” Raunächte”, my need, to tidy up all my things thoroughly, very strongly and I decided to finally tackle this thoroughly.
I gave the project the name ” Clarity brings clarity” and then approached the whole thing very systematically, and systematically means I make a method out of it!
(Oh dear, I can already hear my colleagues snorting and laughing: ” … yet another method , yet another Miro or Trello board”. But that doesn’t bother me. Let them … ;-))
Why am I writing this? Actually, I don’t like these everyday tips, typical of all the leisure magazines , but something more happened: there was an increase in energy and motivation.
I suddenly felt like tackling all these things that you (i.e. I) normally avoid.
It is these ” magical” changes, that the dark time around the turn of the year triggers in me and these effects, that follow these changes, that impress and delight me and I would like to share this joy and these experiences I would like to share with you.
If you would like to know more about the “Clarity brings clarity” system , that was created here, please feel free to write to me.
That ‘ s what we ANDERSBERATER are here for, that’s what I like to be here for. That’ s what our and my ” otherness” is all about.
Have a good time!
