You are an expert in:
AD(H)S-friendly business & personal brand development that combines identity-based strategy with neurodivergence-sensitive methods and tools.
As a neurodivergent founder, I am familiar with AD(H)D struggles not only in theory, but also in everyday practice – including overload, chaotic ideas, and the desire for clarity and relief.
In my work, I place great importance on seeing and understanding (neurodivergent) creatives and founders holistically and working together to figure out which next steps are sensible and feasible.
Based on individual personality, life plans, strengths, and challenges, we create a business and personal brand foundation that not only works but also feels right—without marketing jargon and ready-made standard solutions. 🙆🏻♀️
Your fields of work and specialization:
- Identity-based development of business and product ideas
- Target group definition and refinement
- Marketing and storytelling approaches
- Strategic brand design that is not only “prettily packaged” but also visually clear, functional, and psychologically effective
- Tools, implementation tips, and easy-to-use routines for independent further development—even after coaching
Your career:
I have been working in the branding, design, and marketing world for almost 20 years. Among other things, I have worked as an art director (online) and brand manager in agencies, companies, and startups. After studying strategic advertising and market communication, I moved on to the spheres of superfan marketing and artist branding at a major label.
For 2.5 years now, I have been helping (neurodivergent) creative founders develop their business babies from DIY projects into premium love brands 💜.
Your signature style as a coach and consultant:
I value creating a safe space where everything has a place: fears, doubts, lightheartedness, and even the “wildest” ideas.
The coaching sessions are visually guided and structured in such a way that they create clarity, encourage, and are fun. Check-in questions at the beginning and end of each session are an integral part of enabling emotional security. I break down complex topics into “easily digestible” chunks to enable focus and protect against overload.
What remains is a good feeling of clarity, encouragement, and self-confidence—so that my coachees emerge from our collaboration feeling empowered and ready to take action.
What do you particularly enjoy about your work as a coach/consultant?
Immersing myself in new and exciting worlds of life and ideas and being able to work with a wide variety of creative people.
I especially love witnessing those moments when someone finally feels understood and “good enough” to turn their initial idea into a business baby.
What is essential for your perfect day?
- My 👉 “MOINI BOOTI SHAKE” playlist to start the day
- Sun on my nose and the sound of the sea in my ears
- At least one episode of “Kaulitz Hills”
Your favorite quote:
“The personal brand party has arrived.” – Inspired by B. Kaulitz, stolen by Sandi
What distinguishes you as a person in three words?
Always enthusiastic!
What advice do you give your coachees?
If I could address it directly to the brain:
“Dear ADHD brain: You are not ‘wrong’. You just haven’t had the right manual written specifically for you yet.”
Sushi or pizza?
So, Bill or Tom? Safe bet, Team Bill!
Sea or mountains?
Preferably diving, stand-up paddleboarding, and sailing in and on the sea. Or as Ariel so beautifully puts it: “Off to the sea!” – or something like that. 😁
And if mountains, then definitely with a view of the water.
Sweet or salty?
Prefer mustard from Hollywood.
