Career

As a physicist with many years of experience in project and process management in STEM fields, I know how to bridge the gap between different disciplines and ways of thinking. I guide teams through change using agile methods and with particular sensitivity toward neurodiversity. In my spare time, I’m a science fiction author.

Your “personal style” as a coach/consultant

I combine a broad range of methodologies (neurodiversity, agile methods, creative methods) with many years of practical experience in the insurance and automotive industries.

What are you most excited about in your work as a coach?

Menschen zu helfen und zu sehen, wenn jemand über sich selbst hinauswächst 🙂

What should not be missing on your perfect day?

Take a deep breath.

Your favorite quote

If I’m only allowed to do something when I’m supposed to, but never can when I want to, then I don’t want to do it even when I have to. But if I’m allowed to do it when I want to, and can do it when I’m supposed to, then I’m willing to do it even when I have to.

What distinguishes you as a person (in 3 words) :

Organized, respectful, curious

Pizza (with pineapple :P)

Sea or the mountains?

Mountains (preferably with a mountain lake)

Sweet or salty?
