I have two main areas of focus. First, I am an employee wellness coach in the field of education, helping to create a healthy and joyful work environment.
Second, I work with Marion Rosen’s approach—the Rosen Method—a form of bodywork that helps release tension and blockages so you can reconnect with your vitality and unlock your full potential.

Career

For over 25 years, I have been exploring a central question using a holistic approach: How can you learn with joy and stay healthy while being active?
My journey began with the body—with training in stage dance in Berlin and, later, as a dance teacher, through Dr. Detlef Kappert’s concept of “greater body awareness—greater tolerance and respect in this world.” The body speaks its own language.
A turning point led me into education. My pioneering spirit—questioning things, approaches, and behaviors—continued to shape my existence. The desire to create change led me to NLP (Practitioner and Master), which broadened my perspective on my world of thoughts and feelings.
Through the work of Marion Rosen (Rosen Method), I experienced that personal change does not require active doing. A relaxed approach to personal development.
