Who are you? What are you doing?<\/h3>\n\n<p>My name is Elisabeth Marie Wagner.<br\/>I work with the Pantarei Approach, a unique form of communication, in which the personal question is combined with the touch of my hands.<br\/>My vocation is to use somatic bodywork to give people bodywork to give people a new approach, with which they learn to shape their lives actively and from their own strength.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You completed a career coaching course with us a few months ago.<br\/>Looking back, what was the most valuable thing you took away from this time?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Das Wertvollste ist \u00fcber euer Coaching meine Berufung gefunden zu haben!<br\/>Mein Leben lang hat mich die Suche nach einer Arbeit, in der ich all meine Potentiale einbringen kann, von einer zur n\u00e4chsten Ausbildung getrieben.<br\/>Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit insgesamt acht professionellen Coaches, die mir nach k\u00fcrzester Zeit den Weg der somatischen K\u00f6rperarbeit\/ Pantarei Approach er\u00f6ffneten, habe ich endlich meinen Platz gefunden.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Were there any. specific highlights during the coaching process?<\/h3>\n\n<p>The whole coaching process was a highlight for me!<br\/>Working on the topic of finding a job in such a playful and easy way ( like the constellation work, for example ), I really enjoyed it and was positively surprised and inspired day after day.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What has changed for you since then?<\/h3>\n\n<p>With your support , I took the leap from job hunting to self-employment.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">The body shows: what the clients need, what gives them strength and how they want their lives to be.<\/h2>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can you give us an insight into your new field of activity?<\/h3>\n\n<p>In somatic bodywork, the Pantarei Approach, I meet my clients in individual sessions focussing on their strengths and abilities.<br\/>While I ask them questions and my hands touch them, I experience what for me is probably the greatest mystery, their body. As if an inner wisdom, which we describe as inner body intelligence, unfolds &#8211; the body shows what clients need, what gives them strength and how they want their lives to be.<br\/>I would probably best describe my work as follows: &#8220;I ask, the body answers and we listen.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What have been your biggest challenges so far and how have you overcome them?<\/h3>\n\n<p>My biggest challenge so far was after separating from my husband. Letting go of the life I had built up over the years and feel like I &#8216; m starting from scratch again. The practice of meditation helped me a lot . Buddhism taught me, that I am allowed to be vulnerable and that this is what defines me as a human being.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What vision are you following? What drives you?<\/h3>\n\n<p>The older I get, the more the desire grows in me to recognise, what it really means to be human . What if we could discover a radiance in each and every one of us, a smile, or even a strength in each of us? How would we treat each other then?  <br\/>My vision is to meet us as human beings, as a mystery, that lives in each and every one of us and can amaze us with curiosity.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you motivate yourself when things aren&#8217;t going so well?<\/h3>\n\n<p>I surround myself with people who inspire me<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is your recipe for success?<\/h3>\n\n<p>What do we mean by success?<br\/>Be clear about what exactly you want, then say it and trust that it will come to you.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What advice would you give to other people who are thinking about making a career change and\/or doing their&#8221;own thing&#8221;?<\/h3>\n\n<p>If you are embarking on a new path , find someone, who believes in you, listens to you and supports you.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How helpful is career or start-up coaching?<\/h3>\n\n<p>For me personally , the coaching enabled new perspectives and approaches that took me to new shores.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You have one wish.
